GIPOA was founded by Matt Surowiecki to bring attention and awareness to the biased voting and mistreatment of vacant lot owners by the HICA Board. GIPOA is a voice and support for all vacant lot owners. Vacant lot owners are not against homeowners, we want a home there some day as well.
